I start a work and let myself be guided by inspiration and emotion. With a subtle color palette I try to create an atmosphere with different layers on top of each other, my hand is carried away by shapes, lines and scratches.

Materials used: acrylic paint, charcoal, chalk, collage, ...
I was always attracted by art and in particular graphic art and portrait drawing. At art academy I learn to distance myself from this imitation of reality.
This gives more room for interpretation and dreaming away.
